FAQs

1. MCA Students of 2026 batch – Are they eligible?

Yes, MCA students graduating in 2026 are eligible.

We are looking for students who will be in their final year of study as of December 2025, so they are available for the 16-week training program starting January 2026 and available to join a full-time job (if offered) starting June 2026.

2. Is the program open to UG students like B.Tech CSE, ECE?

At this point in time, Synax CareerPropel program is open exclusively to Master’s Degree Holders or Master’s degree final-year students from Computer Science, Electronics, ECE, IT, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Information Systems specializations. 

3. What is the salary/stipend during the 16-week training at Hyderabad?

During the training, selected students will receive a monthly stipend in the range of ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 40,000 to support living expenses. Local support will be extended where possible for accommodation or housing assistance.

4. What is the CTC offered after training?

Upon successful completion of the 16-week training and final assessments, selected trainees may receive full-time job offers with compensation aligned to industry benchmarks. The CTC will be competitive and performance-based, with consideration for placement geography (e.g., Hyderabad, Dubai, or other GCC/African regions). Our compensation packages are designed to match or exceed what is typically offered by leading companies in the cybersecurity and enterprise tech services space. While we cannot give a detailed breakdown of Starting CTC per each geography, we can give you an idea of starting salary: Selected Master’s Degree candidates may receive full-time job offers with a starting CTC that can reach as high as ₹ 9.0 LPA for Hyderabad Location.

5. Will they be placed in Hyderabad or Dubai?

Selected candidates may be placed in Hyderabad (India CSOC) or Dubai HQ, depending on business needs and their performance + adaptability during training.

Global exposure opportunities may also open up in Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Dubai and GCC regions in future rotations.
